Your Options

One unique thing about Oasis Creative Counselling in West Vancouver is that you'll have the opportunity to participate in life coaching, counselling, and/or art therapy. Life coaching and counselling involve healing through primarily verbal processes (i.e., talking, writing), whereas art therapy is a metaverbal modality of treatment that involves various forms of expression (i.e., drawing, painting, sculpture, collage).

You might feel unsure if you'd benefit most from life coaching, art therapy, or traditional counselling. The truth is that there's no wrong answer, and you can change your mind at any time. Reading through the rest of this page may give you some clarity, but you are also welcome to contact us directly to ask any questions you may have. If you let us know your needs and expectations, we can help you decide where to start.
